Customer experience is the first and foremost thing for any business. With REVE Chat’s Viber integration, you can easily create a smooth communication process with your customers and deliver them a great customer experience.
Your customers can send messages to your support team through the Viber public account and the team will be able to receive and reply to those messages from the REVE Chat dashboard itself.
1. You need to create a public account in Viber. When you create a public account in Viber, you get an ‘App Key/Authentication Code’. The code needs to be entered during the Viber integration process.
To get the ‘App Key’ ->Go to Viber -> Public -> your public account -> Edit Info -> Your app key -> click on copy.
2. The next step is to log in to the REVE Chat’s dashboard. Select ‘Viber Messaging’ under the ‘Integration’ menu.
3. You need to paste the ‘Authentication Token/App key’ in the given box. Click on ‘Authenticate’. That’s it. You have successfully integrated REVE Chat with Viber.
Now, you will be able to receive and respond to the Viber messages from the REVE Chat dashboard itself.
How customers will send you messages from Viber?
Firstly, you need to share the public Viber account with the customers. When they will search you by your account name in Viber, they can start conversation with you like normal messaging.
