If you had purchased REVE Chat subscription but no longer want to use it further for any reason and want to cancel the account, you need to follow the steps.
Step 1 – From the REVE Chat dashboard -> Go to Settings menu -> Click on the Billing option.
Step 2 – Under ‘Account Overview’, you will find the option ‘Cancel my Account’ at the bottom of the page. Simply click on ‘Cancel my account’.
However, you can use the product until the payment cycle ends.
