If businesses want to respond to comments by mobile app users in goggle app store through REVE chat, they can follow the below procedure –

Click the integration tab from the left nav bar
Go to Google Integration sub menu
Scroll down & then click Connect Gmail Account
Google O-auth pop-up will appear where users have to provide the gmail account under which the google playstore is created.
After completing the google O-auth properly, user’s google play store account will be connected with REVE chat. Next, users need to add their published playstore application by clicking the “Add Playstore App” button.
By clicking the “Add Playstore App”, a new pop-up will appear. There We have to upload an icon of the app, provide the app’s name, app’s package name & lastly the playstore store URL. After providing all the info, click save.
After adding the app, users can edit, remove the playstore app if they require. Users can add multiple apps by clicking the “Add Playstore App” button & if they require, they can clicking the “Disconnect” button, to remove their playstore account.
