How to know Who Ended the Chat – the Customer or the Agent?

With REVE Chat, the option to end the ongoing conversation is available to both parties, the agent as well as the customer.  So, chats can be ended by both as and when needed. 

It’s also easy to know who has ended the chat. 

In the first example, the chat is ended by the visitor.

In the second example below, the chat has been ended by an agent.

To know who ended the chat, follow the step:

  • Click on the chat window 
  • Click on the chat you want to know about and take the chat log
  • Now click on the Reports>Chats>Chat History
