How can you add chat tags?
Under settings when you click on Chat Tags, you will find the option to add tags.
When you click on add tag option you can are invited to add tag title and comments.
The title given to the tags helps your agents to understand better.
Leaving a comment along with the title helps the agents to organize the chats in a better way.
Once you are done with your comments you can click on “Create Chat Tag”.
