      Firstly, you have to integrate Salesforce with REVE Chat to use the Salesforce Bot action. To integrate Salesforce –

      1. You have to go to the integration section and then have to integrate salesforce.
      2. Then you should click connect. After your successful Salesforce login, the Salesforce bot Action is integrated.
      3. If you want to collect the chat transcript, then you can select the corresponding chat transcript and can select either Lead or Account and click Save. This portion is basically for live chat.
