      Sound Notifications

      Admins can change the sound notification for new assigned chats, chat requests based on their preference. They can select between a default voice notification or sound notification. If they select sound notification, they can even upload their own preferred sound or select from any default sound available.

      Idle Timeout

      If an agent does not interact with the system (no mouse movement, clicks, typing, etc.) for a set amount of time, the agents will be logged out of the system. This helps ensure accurate reporting, secure access, and optimal resource management.
