REVE chat offers customers to use their existing business email to use the ticketing feature. By integrating the business email users can users can reply to tickets using their business email.
How to integrate cPanel
REVE chat enables users to integrate multiple cPanel email accounts. To integrate cPanel-
- Click the “Connect Email” button.
- A pop-up will appear where we have to select ” POP/IMAP Email ” option.
- A new window will appear. We have to provide our login details (email & password), business name.
- We have select whether we want to sync our email server with REVE chat.
- Then we have to provide the server settings.
- We have to provide our Email protocol between IMAP, POP3, etc. and provide the incoming server.
- According to our account’s settings we have to select the connection type from TLS, SSL, STARTTLS and provide a port number.
- We have to provide our Email protocol between IMAP, POP3, etc. and provide the outgoing server and provide a port number
- Lastly select a form to create a ticket when a new email lands in the inbox.
After completing all this steps user will see a pop-up that their cPanel email is integrated with REVE chat.
