Google Business Account

If businesses wants to reply to review comments by customers ( in the review section of google maps) through REVE Chat, they can follow the below procedure to connect their Google Business Account-

• Click the integration tab from the left nav bar
• Go to Google Integration sub menu
• Scroll down to the Google Business Account
• Then click Connect Gmail Account
• Google O-auth pop-up will appear where users have to provide the gmail account under which the YouTube channel is created.
• After providing the email, users have to log-in to the email account & select the options to provide access to REVE chat.

After giving access to REVE chat, users can reply to visitor/ customers comments. Users can easily remove the integration by clicking the Disconnect button. If users have multiple store locations, it will be available below the Locations title.
