Web Push campaigns let you reach your audience instantly with personalized browser notifications. You can use them to promote offers, share updates, or re-engage visitors at the right time. Follow the below steps to launch your web push campaign:
How to Create a Web Push Campaign

- Click the “Create Campaign” button at the top right corner. A new pop-up will appear where you need to provide the campaign details.
- Give your campaign a clear, descriptive name so you can easily identify it later.
- From the dropdown, select Web Push as your campaign channel.
- Choose a pre-built Web Push template from your library. After selecting, you can view a live preview of the notification (including header, body, icon, and buttons) on the right-hand panel.
- Select an existing audience segment to send your campaign to. After selecting a segment, a contact count will be visible. This number represents how many visitors are going to receive the Web Push campaign.
- Choose to send the campaign immediately, or schedule it for a specific date and time.
Note: Scheduled campaigns can be edited or canceled only up to 30 minutes before the scheduled send time. After that, the campaign will automatically proceed as planned.
Campaign Details
When you click on any campaign, a details panel will slide in from the right side of the screen. This panel gives you a complete overview of the campaign’s performance.
From here, you can also download a detailed report using the button at the top right corner. The report includes:
- Delivery time for each contact
- Delivery status (delivered, pending, or failed)
- Failure reason (if applicable)
- Contact responses or reactions (if any)
