Synonyms

Synonym training helps your chatbot or NLP engine understand and respond to a wider range of user inputs that may have the same meaning but are phrased differently. Suppose we need to train multiple nodes with the word pricing. With the synonym feature we do not need to train each node with the similar words, simply add the key word and it’s synonyms to help your chatbot to respond to customers open ended queries.
