Can I Change Agent’s Email Address?

REVE Chat does not give the option to change an agent’s email. 

When an agent wants to change the login email, the administrator or owner will need to add a new agent account in the Agents section. After that, the old email can be deleted. 

An owner can change the login email or delete the old email only once they create a new agent with the new email and then pass on the ownership to the new account.
