REVE Chat’s  visitor analytics helps you to track and monitor your online visitors. It provides you real-time information about current website visitors and  their historical journey.

  • The feature automatically analyzes the website visitor data and summarizes it into so easy and simple take ways through which you can get actionable marketing strategies.
  • The insights also help you to understand the behavior of your website visitors, which enables you to provide proactive support to customers if needed.

The visitor analytics can be viewed hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. You can view the analytics through area or column-wise.

The important elements the analytics comprise are:

Visitor Analytics

 

  • Page views: A page view is a visit to a page on your website. If the visitor reloads a page, this counts as an additional page view.
  • Page visits: It refers to a single browsing session by the visitor.
  • Total visitors: It refers to the total number of visitors comprising of unique visitors, new visitors, and returning visitors.
  • Chats: It shows the successful chats that happened with the visitors along with the duration.
