Email settings

How email settings benefit your business?

  • Admin can forward all chat history to the specific email address.
  • Admin can forward all offline messages to the specified email address.

NOTE: If you want to stop getting mail and notification, You can use the On/Off button.

Once you are done, click on “Save” to save changes.
