A new SDK version (220.127.116.11.0) for Android has been released. Have a quick look at the new SDK update:
- Enables dynamic Pre-Chat form for live chat that will help business get pre-information from a customer before chat transfers to a live agent.
- Show dynamic Offline form when agents are offline, collect information, and reply when agents get back online.
- Customer can choose department from SDK and chat will transfers to that department’s agents. The field is optional.
- Attachment preview bug resolved in the chat for certain devices.
- Chat widget white labeling (“Powered by REVE Chat” removal) option for SDK.
- Some known bug fixes.
