New Android SDK is Ready to Use

A new SDK version ( for Android has been released. Have a quick look at the new SDK update:

  • Enables dynamic Pre-Chat form for live chat that will help business get pre-information from a customer before chat transfers to a live agent.
  • Show dynamic Offline form when agents are offline, collect information, and reply when agents get back online.
  • Customer can choose department from SDK and chat will transfers to that department’s agents. The field is optional.
  • Attachment preview bug resolved in the chat for certain devices.
  • Chat widget white labeling (“Powered by REVE Chat” removal) option for SDK.
  • Some known bug fixes.
