Integration Removal & Data Deletion Process

1. Integration Removal:
   • Every business that integrates its Facebook or Instagram page with our platform has the ability to remove the integration at any time.
   • A “Delete” option is available in the Social Media Integrationsettings, allowing businesses to instantly disconnect their accounts from our system.

 

 

2. Data Deletion:
   • All social media data, including messages and comments, are stored within our system as part of chat history.
   • Once a business removes its integration, they can delete their historical data from the chat history section.
   • We do not retain any social media data after integration removal, ensuring full compliance with Meta’s new requirements.
