Video Action

You can use the video action to upload any kind of video files in chatbot.

To use the video action, you must upload the video file first. The supported file formats are MP4, MKV, 3GP. Similar to the image action, users can insert a URL containing the audio file or add an attribute that contains the URL value

If the visitor wants then he can either download or view it as picture in picture by clicking the 3dot menu.
