This section displays a list of fallback phrases that the chatbot has encountered but hasn’t been trained on yet.
Once your chatbot is published and starts interacting with customers or visitors, it may receive open-ended queries that it fails to understand or respond to accurately. These unanswered messages are automatically captured in the Untrained List.
From here, users can easily train each message by linking it to an existing node or FAQ. Once trained, these queries move to the Trained List, helping improve your bot’s performance and reduce fallback responses over time.
