      You can use the text action to provide conversational messages to your visitors.

      Using this, the chat bot can be designed as a conversational bot rather than a click to action bot.

      In the text action, users can use attributes and emojis to personalize the bot responses. The emoji & attribute icon will be visible when the text box is clicked (marked in green).

      For each action added, users can add a title to the node for better organizing the bot builder ( marked in yellow).

      Users can easily remove the text box in the node by hovering over the text box & click the delete icon at the side (marked in red).

      Users can add new actions by clicking the “Add Action” button available at the bottom. And if the users want, they can remove the whole node by clicking the delete icon at the top (marked in blue).
