      Chat tags helps business to run operations more smoothly and maintain the process. Besides, it can help the coordinators to manage the team by tagging it with priority or specific label/tag. During chat session Live chat agents can add those tags against chats.

      Users can organise the tags under categories. To create custom tags for a business, a users has to first create a category or select an existing category. Type in the tag users want to create and click “Create”. Users can enable or disable a tag, edit or delete a tag if they want by simply hovering over a tag.
