A post chat form is already built & available for use. It will be triggered for both live chat & chatbot if post chat form is enabled.
If we hover over the post chat form we can see the edit option as well as the duplicate option. Let’s click the edit option-
We will land in the form builder page. Here we can see that already a rating element added. We can change existing elements or add new ones depending on our requirements.
To add a new element, click any of the fields from the right most column. After we have added them, click to expand & change the settings.
