      From this panel users can change & select the pre chat & post chat from the default pre & post chat form. They can preview how the form will be visible from the preview panel.

      If users enable the ticket option of the widget ( click here to learn how to enable ticketing in the chat widget), then they can enable the forms for ticket creation.
