Chat Turn-off

Admins can disable the chat widget in certain pages of their integrated web page using the chat turn off feature. To turn off the chat widget-

• Navigate to Settings> General Settings> Chat Turn-off.
• Click the “Add Chat Turn-off” button at the top right corner.
• A pop-up will appear where users have to select between “Contains” or “Exact Match“.
• Depending on the selection, users can provide the whole URL or specific keyword that the system will check with all integrated URLs and disable them.
