    Ban Visitor

      User can be banned from two areas:

      • Go to Settings > General settings > Ban visitor
        • Click “Add Visitor”. A pop-up will appear where users have to provide an Ip address and a reason for ban for future reference.
        • In the Ban Visitor settings users can view the list of visitors they have banned previously.
      • Go to Inbox> Your Inbox
        • Agent can ban a visitor directly from the chat window if found anything suspicious. Simply click the visitor icon at the top left corner. From the drop down users can ban a visitor by simply selecting a reason.
