Install REVE Chat on WordPress websites

You can install REVE Chat on your WordPress website using the REVE Chat plugin. Once installed, the chat widget will appear on your website and visitors can start conversations with your support team directly from the site. 

This method is suitable for WordPress-based business websites, blogs, service websites, and WooCommerce stores.

Prerequisites

Before installing REVE Chat on WordPress, make sure you have:

• Access to your WordPress admin dashboard
• A REVE Chat account
• Permission to install and activate WordPress plugins

Step 1: Install the REVE Chat WordPress Plugin

To install REVE Chat on your WordPress website:

• Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
• From the left sidebar, go to Plugins.
• Click Add New.
• Search for REVE Chat in the plugin directory.
• Click Install Now next to the REVE Chat plugin.
• After installation is complete, click Activate.

Once activated, REVE Chat will be added to your WordPress plugin list.

Step 2: Connect Your REVE Chat Account

After activating the plugin, connect it with your REVE Chat account.

• Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
• Find REVE Chat from the plugin list.
• Click Settings.
• Select Yes, I already have a REVE Chat account.
• Enter the email address associated with your REVE Chat account.
• Click Save Changes.

After saving the changes, the REVE Chat widget will be connected to your WordPress website.

Step 3: Create a New REVE Chat Account from WordPress

If you do not have a REVE Chat account yet, you can create one from the plugin settings page.

• Go to the REVE Chat plugin settings page.
• Select No, I want to create one.
• Enter the required account information.
• Save the changes to complete the setup.

Once the account is created and connected, the chat widget will be available on your WordPress website.
