File Action

This action is used to provide documents to visitors/ customers via chatbot

To use this action user must upload a document or attach a URL link containing the document here. For uploaded document supported file formats are DOCX, pdf, txt, xls with a maximum size of 10mb. Users can also dynamically populate the action using attribute. User only has to select an attribute that will contain the file.

To delete an uploaded file, user needs to hover over the attached file, a delete option will be available.
