This form allows administrative user to configure asking questing few questions to the customer before transferring the chat to a live agent.

  • Heading of the chat widget

  • Welcome message in the form

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Add any other question like- Question, Choice list, Dropdown, Multiple choice

  • Allowing social login

  • Adding privacy policy for the approval of customer.
