REVE Chat allows partner business to give support to their multilayered visitors differently with separate departments as part of advanced routing.

  • Administrative user can define various department like query /complain / Request and visitor choosing particular department will be routed to agent assigned to that department.
  • Here, admins can create multiple departments and add agents based on their business operation.
  • Admin can add multiple agents under a department.
