REVE Chat allows partner business to give support to their multilayered visitors differently with separate departments as part of advanced routing.
- Administrative user can define various department like query /complain / Request and visitor choosing particular department will be routed to agent assigned to that department.
- Here, admins can create multiple departments and add agents based on their business operation.
- Admin can add multiple agents under a department.
