Custom Message

This section allows administrative users to customize the message as per business need and how they want to interact with the users.

  • Welcome Message: It will be displayed to the user before starting of the chat.
  • Queuing Message: When all agents are engaged with other customers and customer moves to queue, then this message will show.
  • Waiting Message: The message when customer is waiting to chat with the agent.
  • Busy Message: This message will show when agents are busy and partner wants to enable offline message before the customer leaves.
