Auto Triggers

Implementing Chatbot with auto trigger is one of the best possible ways to communicate with customer and get their attraction based on various segments. The below image is the list of triggers added in the full website. Clicking Add Trigger will give option to add more triggers.

Here the administrative user can give a title of the trigger to have the main purpose of that trigger, add GIF banner image (optional), give a title of the trigger header, sub-header, write message and activate the trigger.

But the trigger fun part comes in with activation and agent-based status filtering, like the trigger will show Once per Visit, or it will show only Once Per unique Visit. When the triggered message will appear, like if agents are online / offline / both, waiting time to show the triggered message. Lastly, conditions for each of the trigger.
