In your chat panel, click on the attachment sign
A pop up window will appear asking to select a file. Choose the required file and click on ‘Open’ button to send. Here, please note that only JPG, PNG, PDF, ZIP and TXT files can be sent.
The required file will be successfully sent to that visitor.
