The website visitor will see two different forms for both of your online and offline status. REVE Chat offers separate customization for these 2 different situations.
- Select ‘Pre-Chat Form’ under ‘Customization’ section of the REVE Chat dashboard
- Next, select ‘Online‘ to customize the pre-chat form when your agents are available for providing customer support.
- Here you can insert your preferred texts for both ‘Head Line Banner‘ and ‘Welcome Message‘.
: In the pre-chat form, you have 3 choice of fields to be included, excluded or make mandatory.
- Repeat the same process to customize the pre-chat form when you are not available for providing support. (Offline). Finally, click on the ‘Save’ button to apply your changes.
