Pre-Chat Form Customization

The website visitor will see two different forms for both of your online and offline status. REVE Chat offers separate customization for these 2 different situations. 

  1. Select ‘Pre-Chat Form’ under ‘Customization’ section of the REVE Chat dashboard
  1. Next, select ‘Online‘ to customize the pre-chat form when your agents are available for providing customer support.
  2. Here you can insert your preferred texts for both  ‘Head Line Banner‘ and ‘Welcome Message‘.
  3. : In the pre-chat form, you have 3 choice of fields to be included, excluded or make mandatory.

  4. Repeat the same process to customize the pre-chat form when you are not available for providing support. (Offline). Finally, click on the ‘Save’ button to apply your changes.
