Sometimes, due to overload of work, agents miss to respond to some of the chat requests. REVE Chat provides detailed reports on the same. The missed chat reports include:
Visitor’s name, email address, phone no and city
Date and time of sending chat requests
Name of the agent who missed to respond
Missed chat reports are available in the ‘Detail Missed Chat’ section under ‘Reporting & Analytics‘.
How to download and print missed chat reports?
You can also download the detailed missed chat reports in PDF, Excel formats by clicking on the ‘PDF’ and ‘Excel’ buttons placed just under the ‘Detail Missed Chat’ heading. To print the chat reports, click on ‘Print’ button.
Search reports by a specific visitor name or time period:
- It’s possible to search for missed chat details by a specific visitor’s name. In the given space under the ‘Detail Missed Chat’ heading, write the name of a visitor and click on the ‘Search’ button. You will get all the chat details of that visitor.
You can also get reports for a specific time period. For that, insert your required time period in the given spaces under ‘Detail Missed Chat’ heading and click on the ‘Search’ button.
