Email Forwarding

How it Works?

  1. You need to click on “Email Settings” under the “Settings” tab on the left bar of Dashboard.
  2. Please enter your email address in both the fields i.e. “Forward Chat Transcript” and “Forward Offline Message”. After entering the email id, please click on the slider button on the right side to enable it.

  3. After enabling both the options, please click on “Save” button.
