Chat Window Customization

  1. Select ‘Chat Window’ under ‘Customization’ section from your REVE Chat dashboard.
  2. In the ‘Chat Window’ section, there are options to enable or disable the Queuing, Voice Call, Video Call, Sneak Peek and Email Chat Script.  Select ‘ON’ to enable or ‘OFF’ to disable.
  3. Next to add your company’s Facebook and Twitter account links on the chat window, insert the links in the given space. The complete ‘Chat Window’ design will be shown in the ‘Preview’ section. Finally, click on the ‘Save’ button to apply your changes.
