Is it possible to monitor website visitors without putting the REVE Chat button on my website?

No, it is not possible. The code/script needs to be pasted in your website (specific website html) to initiate live chat support for website visitors.  Once it’s done, the live chat widget will be added on your website through which you can chat with website visitors and also can monitor the overall activities.
