How can I cancel my PayPal subscription?

There are two ways of cancelling your PayPal account

  • You can cancel from your dashboard of REVE Chat
  • Otherwise you can go to the PayPal’s website. There you need to login to your PayPal account and cancel it from there.

How do I view the information of my website visitors?

Whenever a new chat request is initiated by a website visitor, details such as location, browser, current viewing page etc can be obtained on the right side of the chat screen.

Is it necessary to stay logged in to my dashboard in order to appear online on my website?

Yes, in order to appear online on your website, you need to stay logged in to your dashboard. Going logged out from there would turn REVE Chat offline on your website. In this case customers only can leave offline messages.

Can the chats be transferred?

Yes, you can transfer chats to other agents. This transfer chat option is available in the chat window itself. Agent can click on it and select to whom he wants to transfer the chat. The new chat agent can take over the current live chat conversation without breaking the chat session.

How can I manage the concurrent chat sessions?

Agents can see new chat requests from website visitors on the left side corner of their dashboard. From there he can select and start chatting simultaneously with the visitors. Here admin can manage their agents. If the admin restricts the agent to only five chats then at the same time that agent simultaneously can chat with maximum 5 visitors. Meanwhile if that agent receives any extra chat request then it will show in the chat queue no 1.

How can I delete any agent from the agent list?

In order to delete a specific support agent please follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Login to the REVE Chat dashboard and go to ‘Agent Management’ menu under which you will find ‘Agent List’ option
  • Select ‘Delete Agent’ option where you will see the total list of agents.
  • Select that specific agent you want to delete and click on the ‘Delete’ button.

How do I add REVE Chat button on multiple websites?

You can get the REVE Chat Script from dashboard itself. You need to copy the script from there and paste it just before the closing body tag of your website page code (specific website html).Here you need to do the same on multiple websites where you want to add REVE Chat.
