There are two ways of initiating live chat with the website visitors.
- Agent invite: Here in the dashboard agent can see how many visitors are online in the website at a specific time. From there he can click on the ‘Invite’ button and a chat request will be sent to the visitor.
- Visitor invite: Visitor can initiate the live chat by filling up a pre-chat form. After that a chat request will be sent to the agent which will be shown in the left side corner of his dashboard. The agent needs to accept the request to start a chat session.
