You can upgrade or downgrade the plan anytime. The up gradation will happen instantly once the successful payment is made. However, the down gradation would happen at the end of your billing cycle. You can still continue to use the current plan till the next cycle starts.
You can upgrade your subscription plan by following the below mentioned steps:
- Login to your Dashboard.
- Click on ‘Billing’ under the ‘Settings’ section from the left side menu of your dashboard
- Click on ‘Update Plan’ tab on the window.
- Select on the plan you wish to choose, number of agents, billing period, payment mode (credit card, PayPal) and then click on “Confirm Subscription”
- Enter your Card/ PayPal details to make the payment.
- You’ll find detailed Invoice under “Billing History” tab and you package is upgraded.
