Is it possible to suspend my account for some time?

Yes, it is possible. 

What is your refund policy?

There will be no refund of the paid amount. You can cancel our service anytime as per your choice. 

Can I get any bulk discount?

Yes, we do have better pricing for higher number of agents. Please email us at [email protected] to discuss your needs.

Is it possible to switch over to different payment methods ( PayPal to credit card or vice-versa)?

Yes, it is possible.

What are the different modes of payment?

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Visa Master Card and PayPal payments.

How can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade the plan anytime. The up gradation will happen instantly once the successful payment is made. However, the down gradation would happen at the end of your billing cycle. You can still continue to use the current plan till the next cycle starts.

You can upgrade your subscription plan by following the below mentioned steps:

  • Login to your Dashboard.
  • Click on ‘Billing’ under the ‘Settings’ section from the left side menu of your dashboard
  • Click on ‘Update Plan’ tab on the window.
  • Select on the plan you wish to choose, number of agents, billing period, payment mode (credit card, PayPal) and then click on “Confirm Subscription
  • Enter your Card/ PayPal details to make the payment.
  • You’ll find detailed Invoice under “Billing History” tab and you package is upgraded.

Does REVE Chat has any limit on the number of chats?

No, REVE Chat offers unlimited chat sessions with your website visitors under any of the paid plans. All the chat sessions will be saved  under “Chat History” for a lifetime. 

Can I login to my REVE Chat dashboard from any where?

Yes. You can access REVE Chat dashboard from anywhere and it supports all types of devices.

Shall I get new updates of my current subscription plan from time to time?

Yes.  All the new updates of your subscription plan will be added to your dashboard automatically from time to time. Also you will get regular emails regarding the new updates into your registered email ID.

Can I add more agent in my current plan if required?

Yes, you can add more agent anytime in your current subscription package as per your requirements.
